About Us
Overview
Cavmont Bank Ltd (CCBL) was incorporated on 1 January 2004, a merger between Cavmont Merchant Bank Ltd, which was incorporated in October 1992, and New Capital Bank Plc that was incorporated in June 1992. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cavmont Capital Holdings Zambia Plc, whose principal shareholders are:

- Mr. Paul A.D. Cave
- Oakley Enterprises
- FMO Netherlands Finance
- National Pension Scheme Authority
- Capricon Investment Holdings

The Bank provides corporate, merchant, investment, retail banking services and community banking services. Cavmont Bank has 13 branches. 4 in Lusaka. These are: Garden, Kalingalinga, Lusaka square and Tazara House branch. Cavmont Bank also has branches in Chipata, Mansa, Kasama, Mbala, Mpulungu Solwezi and on the Copperbelt, Ndola, Kitwe and Chingola.
